Walk inside and enjoy the living room space equip with a Roku TV to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The couch in the living room converts into a pull out bed which elevates the experience of watching movies at night. The kitchen is equip with all the necessary appliances, kitchen utensils, and equipment to enjoy cooking family dinners at home. There is a dining room area right off the kitchen to play board games at night or have a space to enjoy meals together. This house has 3 bedrooms, each with a ceiling fan and closet. And 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. The bohemian style of decor creates a welcoming and cozy vibe to the home. Located outside, enjoy a privacy screened-in side patio with an outdoor table and in-unit washer and dryer that guests have access to. In the backyard, enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Due to the nature of this residential area we ask if you can be courteous of the neighbors in regards to high volumes of noise and music after 8pm Sunday- Thursday and 10pm on Friday & Saturday. 3 vehicles total at all times. Check out instructions: please clean all dishes etc. Take trash bag out to dumpster and start 1 regular size load of laundry (no pillows or comforters) we recommend towels Or bedsheets using 1/2 cup of detergent. This allows the next check in to take place on time. Cleaners are super short staffed, we have one lady that has to clean several condos super quickly and back to back. Thank you for you’re support.
